Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Work closely with design and manufacturing engineering to proactively influence designs to make them more manufacturable;
- Development of Manufacturing procedures and Visual aids. - Develop and implement lean processes to manufacture new products;
- Reinforce the appropriate utilization of statistical tools in the analysis of process capabilities and establishment of a six sigma culture;
- Design, document, verify/validate and implement assembly fixtures;
- Conduct manufacturing related design reviews;
- Train production personnel;
- Perform line setup, and lead activities for line balancing and build time studies;
- Perform process validations including generating protocols and reports;
- Oversee initial product builds (engineering units, pilot units, process validation units) - Coordinate a smooth transfer of new products into production having the ability to effectively interface within a cross-functional team;
