Job description:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Design Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing, to ensure successful and timely product launches.
Develop, review, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, test methods, tooling, and assembly documentation.
Lead and support pilot builds, address technical issues, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report NPI program milestones, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development and adoption of NPI best practices across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or any related field.
Must have at least 6-8 years of progressive experience in product development or manufacturing engineering.
Strong communication skills.
