Job Description
What we offer:
- Coordinate the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes thru different entries: PNRs (new part numbers), No Vendors, PPAMs (RFQs for new products launching), Costing Incomplete and COs (change orders).
- Set and execute procedures, working instructions and operative system to ensure compliance.
- Participate and facilitate in new program quote activities involving pricing reviews with cross-functional stakeholder team members.
- Meet department KPIs: closing on time all process entries.
- Report results of established KPIs to Procurement Manager.
- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives through VAVE/scale. negotiations/New suppliers, advance procurement department.
- Ensure materials in SAP are classified and set up in SAP correctly for the NPI processes execution.
- Support business and financial objectives executing NPI processes.
- Formulate NPI department strategies and plans / execute multifunctional projects.
