Purpose Statement: Responsible for working with the зді site Customer teams, site Functional teams, i.e. Engineering, Quality, etc., to successfully introduce new products into the site, and to lead a team that will supplement the customer focus teams during new product introductions (NPI).

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Continuously evaluate NPI methodology for effectiveness.
  • Works closely with Customer Managers/Customer Directors to stay on the forefront of new business awards to ensure early engagement of the NPI Team.
  • Develop a methodical NPI approach in regards to customer engagement, APQP, FAI, qualification, and quote to actual gap analysis.
