Job Description

A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an experienced engineer to conduct process capability studies, design fixtures for products, and resolve technical issues during the NPI stage. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, proficiency with CAD or SolidWorks, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of metal fabrication or machining will be advantageous. This role involves overseeing existing processes and developing work instructions.
