NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager
Reporting to : Engineering Director
Permanent Position
Salary Range: CA$130K–$150K
Location: North York, ON
The NPI Manager leads the end-to-end process of bringing a new product or an existing product with an obsolete process from design through optimized customer production and final delivery. This includes first article approval, full industrialization, and achieving targeted financial and quality metrics in line with the design intent.
The role is accountable for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensuring that product launches meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
