**What You Will Do In This Role**
You’ll lead a Cross Functional Team (CFT) through the Molex Product Development Process (PDP). Phases typically include product and process design, product and process development, validation, and launch. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the Project Plan in terms of Scope, Economics, Quality and Timing. Projects range from entirely New Development to Capacity Tooling to Continuous Improvement in the Automotive Industry.
