NPI Quality Assurance Engineer
 serves as the strategic lead for quality during the New Product Introduction phase. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between design and mass production, ensuring that all new products and processes are robust, compliant with IATF 16949 standards, and fully capable of meeting customer specifications from the first prototype to the Start of Production (SOP).
