Job Description – NRI Relationship Manager

Location: Chennai
CTC: 9 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in NRI Banking

Role Summary

The NRI Relationship Manager will acquire and manage NRI customer relationships, drive CASA and investment products, and ensure best-in-class service to the NRI client segment.

Key Responsibilities



Acquire new NRI customers through direct sourcing and referrals.


Manage an existing NRI portfolio and drive deepening across CASA, FD, Investments, Insurance, and Remittances.


Ensure high service quality and timely resolution of client needs.


Conduct market mapping for NRI hotspots and generate new leads.


Maintain strict regulatory compliance and documentation (FEMA, KYC, etc.)


Drive revenue targets across liability and wealth products.


Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.



Eligibility Criteria



Minimum 2 years of experience in NRI Banking.


Strong knowledge of NRI products, FEMA guidelines, and regulatory norms.


Graduate/Post-graduate preferred.


Excellent communication and portfolio management skills.
