About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store. You’ll lead from the front, coach and develop your team, and ensure all sales and operational targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial outcomes
• Manage day-to-day store operations including rostering and wage control
• Maintain strong visual presentation and stock management standards

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
• Strong people leadership and coaching capability
• Confident managing KPIs, sales targets and operational metrics
• Organised, hands-on and commercially focused
• Passionate about team development and performance
