An exciting opportunity waits for a nurse seeking to expand their clinical leadership in a busy emergency room in an urban facility. South Health Campus is seeking a highly motivated, independent RN to work in the emergency department in a nurse clinician role; acting as the clinical leader for each shift, managing patient flow and supporting the team. The successful candidate will coordinate the workflow and delivery of patient care by reassessing priorities and respond accordingly, act as a patient advocate and provide a link between the patients, families and care providers to identify and resolve issues while demonstrating professional leadership and acting as a role model to enhance positive interpersonal relationships and team effectiveness.
