Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post -care instructions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first -line care
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
