    • About the Nurse Manager, Operating Rooms Position:

    This is a highly autonomous role that will focus on the daily operations of the department. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

    Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Operating Room:

  • BSN required / Master's preferred
  • RN active license required North Carolina
  • Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
  • Minimum five (5) years of operating room nursing experience (hospital based)
  • INSPIRATIONAL and VISIBLE leadership style
  • Strong focus on quality, patient safety, staff and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
