We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our aged care home in a stunning coastal town in Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in the lives of older Australians.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care team and ensure high standards of care for all residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans according to individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices and enhance resident well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Care Manager in aged care settings.
• Proven ability to manage clinical operations in large aged care homes.
• Must have work rights in Australia; international candidates will not be considered.

Relocation

This position requires relocation to a regional town. Candidates must be willing to embrace community living in a picturesque coastal area.
