Primary Care Office Setting


6 Month contract with option to extend if needed


5 Days per week –8AM-5PM with a 1 hour lunch


 


Key Requirements:

 Active NYS NP or PA License

 Bilingual Spanish –REQUIRED

 DEA License 

 Active Medicare & Medicaid IDs

 Experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, and/or Internal Medicine
