As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP), you'll make a profound impact on patients and their families, combining clinical expertise with teaching, mentoring, and leadership. Enhance patient care across diverse settings — community, rural, continuing, and acute care — while supporting both patients and colleagues. Join two other PCNPs in mentoring our team, elevating palliative care standards, and contributing through education, research, and leadership. Enjoy the flexibility of working from a home office in north central Alberta, with travel within the North Zone. The home location is negotiable within central areas of the North Zone.
