Job Description
We are a new Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Wellness Clinic opening on 380 in Prosper, TX, targeting an early April opening (construction is currently on schedule). We’re building a modern, patient-first clinic focused on great care, great service, and a strong community presence.
Schedule & clinic hours: We will start with a soft opening and grow quickly:

- Initial schedule: 2 days/week.
- Growth plan: ramp toward 6 days/week as patient volume increases.
- Operating hours:
- Primary Care: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Urgent Care: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
The opportunity:
We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us part-time starting in early April, with the ability to increase days as we grow.
