Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—with a strong interest in breast and gynecologic oncology to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside six dedicated oncologists, two experienced APPs, and a collaborative care team including social workers, nurses, and support staff.

The APP will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum—from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about oncology care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in collaboration with oncologists, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Manage oncology-related symptoms and treatment side effects.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and care planning meetings.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care.
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including surgical and radiation oncology.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
