POSITION SUMMARY: St. Joseph’s Healthcare renal program is seeking a highly dedicated and skilled Nurse practitioner (NP) to join our multi-disciplinary renal care team. Our team of renal NPs collaborate with physicians, other members of the allied health team, patients and families to provide evidence-informed care that is grounded in professional, ethical and legal standards. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, values collaborative practice and is passionate about improving the quality of life for people living with chronic kidney disease.

The NP integrates his/her in-depth knowledge of advanced nursing practice and theory, health management, health promotion, disease/injury prevention and other relevant biomedical and psychosocial theories to provide comprehensive and patient/family centered care.
