Position Summary Primary care practitioner in a free clinic serving the uninsured and low income populations. Duties include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, completing orders & follow up, patient education, prescriptions. Initiate referrals to, and with, specialty care physicians. Member of an Interprofessional team sharing knowledge and decision making. Education Masters in Nursing - Required Experience 1-2 Years experience in a clinic or private practice - Preferred License & Certification Professional License with State of Practice - Required Advanced Practice - NP - Required Core Job Functions Provider Substitute: Provide primary medical care for patients when their Assigned Provider has planned away time (vacations, conferences).
