Nurse Practitioner
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Trinity, North Carolina.
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:Conduct comprehensive assessments
Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions 8-5pm: Mon-Fri
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:Active and unrestricted license in North Carolina NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement, if applicable in your state Full COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred) Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness

Pay Details: $75- $82/ Hour
