Nurse Unit Manager

your responsibilities will include:

·Providing operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management

·Coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based

·Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family centred care in a team focused environment

·Providing guidance, mentoring and support to your team

·Being accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources

·Undertaking direct patient care, as required

·Ensuring compliance with ACQSHC National standards

Essential Criteria:

·Current Registration with AHPRA

·Registered Nurse with at least 5 years’ experience

·Demonstrated management experience

·Proven experience in building and leading high performing teams with a service excellence approach
