As the Nurse Unit Manager, your main responsibility will be the leadership of our Theatre Department. In addition to leading a dedicated team of nursing staff, the Nurse Unit Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating practices, processes, and services within the department to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and experiences. The role requires working with and supporting other managers in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
