Providing leadership and direction to the Emergency department teamProviding clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective managementCoordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence basedEnsuring the delivery of excellent patient and family centred care in a team focused environmentProviding guidance, mentoring and support to your teamBe accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resourcesUndertaking direct patient care, as required Compliance with ACQSHC National standardsEssential Criteria:
Current Registration with AHPRAWorking with Children check Previous experience at NUM level or equivalentPost Graduate qualification in critical care and experience in a critical care settingA strong commitment to developing in a management role
