An exciting leadership opportunity exists to join a private hospital in Sydney as Nurse Unit Manager of the Midwifery Unit. This role provides oversight of a contemporary service, including modern birthing suites, a maternity ward, and a special care nursery. This is a fixed-term, full-time appointment that will run until March 2027. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be taking on a key leadership role within the unit, working closely with the midwives and clinical managers to ensure the efficient management of staff and resources with the overall goal of ensuring excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures and best practice.
