Nursery Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Supervisor who can take full ownership of plant sourcing, maintenance, and dispatch operations. The role is ideal for someone who understands ornamental, flowering, and fruit plants — and can manage a nursery end-to-end with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality ornamental, flower, and fruit plants from trusted vendors
- Negotiate rates, inspect quality, and ensure a stable supply pipeline
- Manage daily nursery operations: watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control
- Maintain stock of plants, soil, fertilizers, pots, and packing material
- Conduct daily plant health checks and maintain quality standards
- Supervise picking, packing, and safe dispatch of live plants for e-commerce orders
