💼 Contract Type: 2 years (Renewable)

About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and caring Nursery / FS1 Teacher join our Early Years team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for an educator who understands the importance of learning through play, and is confident in delivering the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You will play a vital role in supporting children's first experiences of school, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where they can explore, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with EYFS

Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

Support children's physical, emotional, and social development

Observe and document learning progress using formative assessments

Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with early years staff

Participate in school events, training sessions, and team planning

Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
✅ QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching certification (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Nursery or FS1
✅ Solid understanding of the British EYFS framework
✅ Fluent English speaker
✅ Strong interpersonal and observation skills
✅ Willingness to relocate and adjust to life in Kuwait

Preferred:
✅ Experience in international or British curriculum schools
✅ Familiarity with early phonics instruction (e.g., Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.)
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
