Summary:
The Nursing Ausbildung Program offers Indian candidates a structured pathway to a professional nursing career in Germany through the Dual Vocational Training System, combining classroom education with paid clinical training. Responsibilities:
  • Complete structured theoretical coursework aligned with German nursing standards
  • Participate in paid, hands-on clinical training in accredited healthcare facilities
  • Apply learned knowledge in real-world patient care under supervision
  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to German healthcare regulations and protocols
  • Prepare for and successfully pass national licensing examinations

Eligibility Requirements

Basic Admission Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12 years of schooling (Class 12 or equivalent)
  • Age: 18 to 35 years at the time of application
  • German Language Proficiency: Minimum B1 level certification from any of the following recognized institutions:
    • Goethe-Institut
    • TELC
    • ÖSD

Required Documentation

Enrollment Phase 1

  • German Language Certificate (B1 level)
  • Class 12 (Higher Secondary) Certificate
  • Higher education certificates (if applicable)

Enrollment Phase 1.1

  • Valid Passport
  • Academic transcripts / marksheets
  • Ausbildung qualification agreement (offer letter)
  • School leaving certificates
  • Medical fitness certificate, including proof of mandatory vaccinations for healthcare professionals in Germany:
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
    • Varicella (Chickenpox)
    • Hepatitis A & B
COVID-19 (subject to employer-specific requirements)
