Nursing Review Coordinator

The Nursing Online Review Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, coordination and fulfillment of online review requests. Among other things, the same is responsible for the optimization, maintenance and troubleshooting of systems used in the online review, creation of marketing graphics, requesting for and monitoring of budgets, and reporting, analysis and making data-driven recommendations to the Management.

General Responsibilities:

• 1. Receive and process requests for online review from various sources.
• 2. Channel or delegate specific review tasks to appropriate team members.
• 3. Serve as point-of-contact for all online review concerns.
• 4. Provide optimization and maintenance of online review systems (software and hardware) via phone, email, or chat.
• 5. Provide technical assistance to inquiries or concerns via phone, email, or chat.
