Follow instructions from immediate superiors and Hospital Management according to the norms of the Company.

2. Identifies training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultations with the Chief Nurse, QMS, and HRD.
3. Designs and expands training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
4. Works in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all nursing staff in the organization.
5. Provides the cost of planned programs and keeps within budgets by assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs.
6. Develops an effective induction and immersion program for all newly hired nurses.
