Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Supritendent located in Indore. The Nursing Manager will oversee and manage nursing operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, handling critical care cases, and implementing best practices in patient care delivery. Additionally, the Nursing Manager will drive staff training and development to maintain high standards of nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing Management and experience in supervising nursing teams.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care practices.
• Background in Critical Care Medicine and the ability to address complex medical scenarios with efficiency and competence.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to manage staff and patient needs effectively.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Certification in critical care or specialized areas and prior managerial experience are advantages.
