The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Nutrition or Dietary Technician student to support a key short-term project focused on allergens, Nutrition Facts Tables, and CFIA compliance. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in regulatory nutrition within an innovative and growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Review and validate Nutrition Facts Tables
- Identify and document priority allergens
- Support CFIA labeling and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
