The NPO Optimization Engineer is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of 2G/3G, wireless and/or fixed networks to ensure optimal service quality and efficiency for subscribers.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Continuously monitor network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, latency, call drop rate, accessibility, retainability, and mobility for 2G,3G, 4G, 5G, and other relevant technologies.
Utilize network performance management tools (e.g., OSS, drive test tools, post-processing software) to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Conduct deep-dive analysis into network traces, logs, and performance statistics to diagnose root causes of performance issues.
Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance network performance, capacity, and user experience.
