The NPO Optimization Engineer is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of 2G/3G, wireless and/or fixed networks to ensure optimal service quality and efficiency for subscribers.

The NPO Optimization Engineer is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of 2G/3G, wireless and/or fixed networks to ensure optimal service quality and efficiency for subscribers.

- Continuously monitor network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, latency, call drop rate, accessibility, retainability, and mobility for 2G,3G, 4G, 5G, and other relevant technologies.
- Utilize network performance management tools (e.g., OSS, drive test tools, post-processing software) to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into network traces, logs, and performance statistics to diagnose root causes of performance issues.
