**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform repair and maintenance on downhole drilling equipment,
- General workshop duties: cleaning, prepping tools for NDT inspection, dispatch preparation,
- Operate workshop service and lifting equipment safely and efficiently,
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of ERP systems for warehouse and logistics
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
- Follow and promote QHSE standards,
- Prepare equipment for load out and receiving tools after job ended offshore.
- Participate in regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance routines.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Mechanical background (e.g. car mechanic),
- Fluent in Norwegian and English,
- Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Strong communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
