Overview

A successful O2C Analyst manages the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role involves monitoring and reconciling customer accounts for timely payments, preparing invoices and credit memos in line with company policies, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and customer queries, generating and analyzing receivables and cash‑flow reports, assisting in process improvements to enhance the O2C workflow, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards in all transactions, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities for the Accounting & Finance department.
