Role Purpose

  • The OTC Operations Specialist/Executive will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, ensuring timely collections, accurate order processing, and seamless billing. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive timely and efficient collections, manage aging reports, and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Validate, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute billing cycles, manage churn processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
