What we are looking for Our customer requires a SharePoint Online Admin to assist with deliverables around SharePoint Online
access cleanup, reporting, migration, and other Microsoft 365 service activities that may arise pertaining to the divestiture.
Detailed Description of Services: Looking for an O365/SharePoint Online Engineer with the required skillset to perform the
following work:
• Desired/Not Required: Microsoft Power Platform expertise required to configure/update Power Automate and Power Apps
solutions designed for Pet’s Best.
• Desired/Not Required: AD Azure administration (policies, management, APIs, data extract) to ensure the platform meets our
logical access and password standards.
• Desired/Not Required: ADFS Environment Support / Enhancement. We have an ADFS environment that has limited expertise on
our AD team today that will be crucial for our O365 journey to be successful.
• Desired/Not Required: Experience with Nintex for complex workflows and troubleshooting workflow issues.
• Desired/Not Required: Site migration experience including the user of sharegate.
Duties:
• Work with Pet’s Best project team to implement divestiture initiatives in SharePoint which include access management, reporting,
or other related activities.
• Migrate content between SharePoint sites as needed throughout project.
• Dedicated support of SharePoint and OneDrive throughout project.
• Scripting and automation of processes as needed to comply with varying business requirements.
• Administration and development with varying applications within O365/SharePoint Online including intranet, OneDrive, and
SharePoint Online.
• Provide expertise and best practices for drive adoption of new technology while supporting end users and site owners.
The Microsoft O365 Engineer III is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft O365 cloud-based solutions
to support the organization's collaboration and productivity requirements. The Engineer will work with stakeholders to analyze
business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of O365 services. The
engineer will also be an escalation point and technical mentor for junior team members.
Essential Functions:
5 or more years' experience in designing, implementing and managing one or more of the O365 Competencies, including Exchange
Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of O365 services
Systems management, reporting and monitoring of cloud services Experience with support of enterprise environments including
hybrid configurations Manage the O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing
ITIL processes Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support Participate in project
planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities
Education:
Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or equivalent experience Microsoft 365 Certified:
Security Administrator Associate or equivalent experience
Experience:
5-7 Years experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical
