OA Plan Implementation Associate

Set up new plans by creating plan codes, accounts, contacts, fund lineups, and required plan‑level configurations.

Verify beneficial ownership and ensure compliance through accurate Accurint research and documentation.

Manage plan transitions, configure design provisions, and ensure all plan forms are properly generated and accessible.

Conduct thorough platform and website testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a smooth client experience.

Collaborate with internal teams, provide timely support, and maintain strong working relationships across the implementation group.

Identify issues, recommend process and system improvements, and assist in updating procedures to enhance efficiency.

Serve as a subject matter expert by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members and new hires.
