We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Onboarding (OB) Configurator to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Success Factors Onboarding solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP Success Factors Onboarding 1.0 / Onboarding 2.0 (Onboarding & Offboarding)
Design and configure:
Onboarding processes and workflows
New Hire Activities (NHA)
Panels, panels order, and onboarding tasks
Business rules and role-based permissions (RBP)
Integrate Onboarding with:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting Management / Recruiting Marketing
Configure compliance forms, e-signatures, and document templates
Support onboarding-related data mapping and integrations
