Observability Architect (New Relic & Modern Monitoring Tools) Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Observability Architect with 10+ years of experience in monitoring and observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in New Relic, hands-on experience in end-to-end tracing configuration, log analytics, and strong knowledge of New Relic license models and cost optimization strategies. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise-grade observability solutions, creating dashboard mockups, and integrating multiple tools to deliver end-to-end visibility across applications.
Key Responsibilities
Define observability strategy and architecture using New Relic and complementary tools.
Prepare HLD/LLD and create dashboard mockups for role-based views.
Configure New Relic APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Dashboards, and Alerts.
Implement end-to-end distributed tracing across applications.
