Role: Cloud Observability Engineer
Location: Monterrey or Remote in Mexico

We count on our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance level to pursue their missions. As we expand customer deployments, we are seeking Cloud Observability Engineers to work collaboratively with software engineers, architects, and cloud engineers to deploy and operate the PD-owned systems required to develop and deliver our products. Help automate and streamline operations and processes through strong observability, build and maintain tools for monitoring and diagnostics, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and even production environments. Mentor and develop other engineers, as applicable.
