Position Summary
The Observability Engineer will design, implement, and manage PCI Pharma's enterprise monitoring and observability platform, leading the strategic migration from SolarWinds to Dynatrace. This role is critical for enabling proactive incident detection, performance optimization, and operational visibility across hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers, cloud environments, and global manufacturing facilities with IT/OT convergence requirements.
