Responsibilities
- Build and manage observability dashboards using GCP Cloud Monitoring and Grafana.
- Implement and maintain monitoring pipelines with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and ELK.
- Integrate observability solutions with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and incident response.
- Drive adoption of modern observability practices using tools like Quantum Metrics, Faro, Tempo, and Glean.
