Observability / Infrastructure - Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join with one of our international clients in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Define a plan with all the activities that need to be addressed for observability and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Coordinate the execution with the teams involved.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deliverables align with project goals.
  • Identify and escalate application issues as needed.
  • Investigate applications, servers and service logs to find root causes.

Qualifications

  • Experience on observability projects and tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, etc.).
  • Infrastructure project management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, security, monitoring, vulnerability/patching/hardening).
  • Technical background (System Engineer, IT operations).
  • Strong ability to detect and escalate application issues.
  • Experience investigating logs from applications, servers and services to identify root causes.

Location

  • Remote from Mexico.
