Observability Platform Expert

We are seeking a seasoned monitoring expert to manage, operate and continuously improve our observability platform using Dynatrace.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will have you working closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE/DevOps and Development teams to ensure service and infrastructure availability, performance and reliability. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Dynatrace (SaaS); governance of accounts and management zones; deploying and configuring OneAgent, ActiveGate, and extensions on-premises or in cloud environments; monitoring infrastructure applications user experience creating dashboards alerts anomaly detection analyzing performance using PurePath Service Flow multidimensional analysis RCA root cause analysis integrating ITSM tools supporting incident problem management as well as document monitoring standards best practices.
