Position Highlights Base Salary: $330,000 Bonus: 25% of Net Income above $660K NPR Commencement Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Partnership Eligibility: After 2 years ($30K buy-in includes ASC ownership) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Clinic Days: 2 3 days per week Average Volume: patients per day Deliveries: per month Call: 1:5 (24-hour shifts with post-call day off) Privileges: Local ASC and hospital affiliations available Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal, C-section, and VBAC (when appropriate) Conduct prenatal, postpartum, and routine GYN care visits Perform in-office and surgical procedures Read and interpret ultrasounds and NSTs Perform circumcisions and postpartum rounds Collaborate with other specialists to ensure continuity of care Utilize EMR systems efficiently (Epic or Cerner experience preferred) Benefits Package Full health, dental, and vision coverage Paid malpractice insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and CME allowance Relocation assistance and commencement bonus Administrative and clinical support staff provided No state income tax and low cost of living Why Central Florida Live and work in one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S. , offering beautiful lakes, vibrant neighborhoods, and convenient access to both Tampa and Orlando .
