What this job involves:
This position supports the development and delivery of space planning solutions at site or campus level, understanding current space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections by local business unit. You will ensure all sites are optimized per client workplace standards while developing tactical views and migration plans that meet business needs for space allocations. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by delivering strategic space planning solutions that optimize real estate portfolios, reduce costs, and enhance workplace efficiency through data-driven planning and stakeholder collaboration.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop site level allocation blocking, stacking, adjacency planning and migration plans for group-level and individual moves
- Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings with MAC teams
