JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to support and drive the growth and operations of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. Working closely with the leadership team (focus on India while working alongside with the Regional Head of Occupancy Management and other Global Platform colleagues), the candidate will be responsible for growth & sustenance of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. This would entail aspects such as leading client outreach strategies, building variable project pipelines; delivering variable occupancy management projects and working with on-account teams to promote consistency and best-in-class delivery of occupancy planning and space data management programs to clients.
