Position at Mac Properties Mac Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Occupancy Specialist to support operations at The Branscome, a HUD-regulated, Project-Based Section 8 (PBS8) community in St. Louis.This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing resident certifications and renewals, and delivering a positive resident experience.The Occupancy Specialist partners closely with property leadership and maintenance teams to support day-to-day operations while maintaining audit-ready files and high customer service standards. Experience in affordable housing and Yardi is strongly preferred.The pay rate for this role is $22/hour.
